Phoenix Hotel was suffering from the classic issue of investing in loyalty program software but not investing in the program itself.
Zebra Direction undertook a complete review of the program and revamp of the entire Phoenix Platinum card program support materials with the aim of communicating why the customer should participate in the program (WIIFM) and how they could participate in the program.
Zebra Direction utilised a clean and simple design, with the copy promoting the customer benefits and ease of participation and utilised images that represented the local target audience.
