Providing automotive parts for a vast range of vehicles presented a challenge when it came to brand imagery. If a real vehicle was shown it would have to be a top of the line model, using HELLA and associated parts. It would also face licensing approvals, would have to be updated regularly to avoid the brand becoming locked into a the vehicles production year, and it would potentially alienate the other car producers. Our solution to the potential issues was to develop a series of 3D models, this would allow us to postion the vehicles as needed and we would end up with a solution that was tailored to HELLA Australia’s postion in the market.
